With this you get the 2 patches shown in this ad. The inverted cross is woven style and has to be woven into your jacket or vest. The Pentagram Baphomet one is embroidered and can be sewn or ironed on. 
 
The Inverted Cross Patch measures approx. 5.5 x 3.5 inches in size. The Pentagram Patch measures approx. 3.5 inches side to side.
